PRICES AND PACKAGES All-inclusive
Our rooms (approx. 28 m²) are friendly and tastefully furnished with light natural wood furniture, flat-screen TV and radio. They have a balcony or a bay window that can be opened completely.
The bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, shower or bathtub.
Included in the room price:
- Overnight stay "All-inclusive"
- Welcome drink (sparkling wine) on arrival
- Breakfast buffet, lunch snack, coffee and cake in the afternoon and evening buffet
- Soft drinks 24h
- Alcoholic beverages to lunch snack and dinner buffet (depending on booking):
different types of beer from a local brewery, Prosecco, White wine, Rosé and Red wine
(not included: liquors and mixed drinks) - Daily use of our in-house thermal bath, sauna, infrared cabin and fitness equipment
- Rental bathrobes, towels and a bathing bag
- Free parking
- Free WiFi
Depending on the booking, your stay at our hotel starts with coffee and cake.
Prices excl. city tax; the services offered by the Bad Füssing guest card are incl. in the city tax which has to be paid upon arrival.

Prices are per person plus the local tourist tax
A deposit of 20% of the total amount must be paid within 10 days of receiving your reservation confirmation. Upon arrival, the remaining amount and the visitor's tax are payable in cash or by EC card. If you arrive by car, a free parking space in front of the house is waiting for you. If you arrive by train, let us know your arrival time approx. 3 days before arrival and we will be happy to organize a taxi for you.
The room is available starting from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask you to leave your room by 10 a.m.
The following fees apply to cancellations:
up to 30 days before arrival 10% of the invoice amount, min. EUR 25.00
29 to 15 days before arrival 50% of the invoice amount
from the 14th day before arrival 80% of the invoice amount
In the event of a rebooking, an amount of EUR 25.00 will be charged.
